These terms apply to your use of the website at potatodog.app, run by PotatoDog LLC ("PotatoDog", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the site
You may browse and share links to the site for any lawful purpose. Please do not try to disrupt it, get around its security, or use automated tools in a way that puts unreasonable load on it.
Our content and brand
The text, images, logos and design of this site, including the PotatoDog name and the chihuahua and French bulldog marks, belong to PotatoDog LLC or its licensors. You may not reuse them in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product without our written permission.
Information on the site
Descriptions of apps, features, prices and release plans are provided for general information. Apps in development may change or may not be released. The app store listing and the app's own terms control what you actually get.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as app stores and GitHub. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS. WE DO NOT PROMISE THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, POTATODOG LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please email contact@potatodog.app with a description of the issue, and we will try in good faith to resolve it with you for at least 30 days.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
